Responsibilities:

• Perform daily settlement process for equities, futures and options, funds and bonds
• Handle nominee services, margin call and account opening
• Provide administrative and clerical support to department
• Ad hoc tasks assigned from supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in processing Securities and Futures settlement
• Familiar with operations of CCASS, CCMS and DCASS
• Responsible, positive thinking, result oriented and take shift on public holiday
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Immediately available is highly preferred

The candidate with less experience will be considered Assistant Officer.
