Responsibilities:

• Perform daily system and application support on our video-on-demand system
• Setup and maintain our linux system and help to install software applications 
• Provide general helpdesk support to internal users
• Assist in project management including system analysis, design, user-acceptance test, and documentation
• Provide ah-hoc server and application support, 7x24 standby mode is required
• Coordinate with vendor to maintain and enhance and the user-experience of mobile application and the video-on-demand system 
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time with required quality standard
• Applicants with lesser experience/knowledge may also be considered as junior post

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, System Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 3 years or above experience in system and application support 
• Solid Technical experience on Linux OS, including command, setup and software installation
• Solid experience on MySQL, apache, tomcat and open source applications
• Good knowledge about HTML, CSS, Java and networking
• Technical knowledge background on IOS & Android system
• Good communication & presentation skill , as well as detail-minded in problem solving
• Good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, English and, as well as written English
• Experience in managing Mobile project development is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
