Candidate Requirements:

• Love and familiar with ALL Apple Hardware Products and software products including OS X and iOS
• Degree / Diploma holder of IT or related discipline is preferred
• ACSP or ACTC holder will be an advantage
• 3 years+ working experience with at least 2 year experience in conducting hand-on IT/Apple products training.
• Good in English and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate technical terms and concepts for better understanding to non-technical staff
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadline.
• Strong organizing, planning, writing, communication and presentation skills
  
  
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Sales team and Marketing team to fulfill the training needs of sales team members
• Carry out training needs analyses, plan, manage and review training activities to improve IT and Apple products’ knowledge of sales staff
• Design and develop training materials and tests
• Deliver training programs through multiple channels –classroom-based or online computer-based, if needed
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and learning outcomes
• Serves as point of contact for all IT and products training needs
• provide technical support to office or stores when necessary
