Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and computer services
2. Provide regular testing of IT equipment
3. Perform monitoring of IT equipment status
4. Perform maintenance and configuration of Network equipment.
5. Perform management of hardware and software inventory
6. Perform system administration

 Requirements:

1. Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above.
2. Prefer to have 1-2 years relevant experience in Technical Support
3. Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
4. Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
5. Hardworking and willing to work under pressure and independently.
6. Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
7. Professional certificate of MCTS/MCITP/MCSE is an advantage
8. Good written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage
9. Immediate available is highly preferred
10. 24 hours shift duty is required
