Responsibilities

• Formulate corporate communication and investor relationship strategy
• Plan, organize and execute all investor relations program including media and investor meetings, conferences, corporate visits/events and road shows in collaboration with business partners, media and investors and equity research analysis;
• Build and maintain good business relationship with fund management companies, equity research analysis, Investment Banks, financial reporters and public media
• Prepare results announcement, press release and other official documents; annual/interim report, presentations and Q&A for meetings with investors and analysts;
• Maintain good relationship with existing and potential investors to promote company business to institutional investors
• Staying updated with market news, competitors movements, industry conference and other investor related news and produce regular reports for directors
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to analyze financial results and compile statistics and other relevant information
• Oversee Corporate website and related content to ensure consistency with corporate image and strategic messaging;
• To assist ad hoc projects/assignments as directed
• Travel to the PRC, Asia, Europe and US for investor relationship activities

Requirements

• University degree in communications, finance or related disciplines
• At least 8 years relevant working experience in listed company or reputable financial PR agency or investment banking
• Hands on experience in investor relations is a must
• Good connection with investment community, fund managers, analysts, etc;
• Proven experience in developing media relationship and corporate PR strategy.
• Possess high level of integrity, good team spirit with demonstrated leadership abilities, energetic and drive to work in an independent and proactive manner
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines as needed
• Independent, self-motivated with strong analytical mind and communication skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua
