Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of general office administration supports
• Assist incoming telephone calls, e-mails and customer’s enquiries in an effective and courteous manner
• Assist project manager in planning, launching and supporting product development
• Execute all the deliverables of the project with good time management and budget control
• Require to perform outdoor work and any other duties assigned by supervisor as and when required
  
  
  

Requirement:

• Holder of Diploma / Higher Diploma or above with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good knowledge and skills in project and event management
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Irregular working hours and travel to China are expected.
• Responsible, initiative, hardworking, pleasant personality and able to work under-pressure
• Positive work attitude as a self-motivated team player is a MUST
