As a member of our consumer fixed line team, you will be responsible to deliver effective marketing programs, to grow customer base through contract extension and churn management activities to achieve company targets.

The Job

• Formulate & execute marketing plan to maintain customers base and grow ARPU thru customer lifecycle management activities;
• Monitor market trend, business performance and conduct analysis to initiate different ARPU uplift / churn saving programs to improve business performance;
• Analyze and keep track on the program results to identify areas of improvement;
• Regular review and enhance retention policy and process based on customer need-state and profitability;
• To work closely with internal stakeholders, e.g. Sales team, IT and Billing, to ensure effective and efficiency launch of different marketing programs.

The Person

• Degree holder in marketing/business or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years marketing management experience;
• Understanding of the local telecommunications market an advantage;
• Experience in customer base management including data analysis and customers program management will be an advantage;
• Good project management skills;
• Results-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• High proficiency in PC skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
