• Professional responsible for the recruitment and management of the Company's part time, or 'freelance', healthcare professionals whom we arrange to serve our healthcare clients. The position will involve substantial networking within the healthcare community, including both individuals as well as small / mid-sized healthcare companies
• Requires work in close coordination with our Company's current professionals and management, including our full time healthcare, legal and human resource experts
• Applicant will also spearhead the building of senior level relationships at select corporate business partners

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with good grades from a reputable university
• Three or more years experience in sales or other position requiring extensive third party interaction, such as recruiting
• Experience in, and a high degree of comfort with, making verbal presentations; good networking skills
• Healthcare industry knowledge a "plus" but not mandatory
• Resourceful, "high EQ", goal-oriented, "street smart", persistent and determined, outgoing and friendly
