Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Inventory & Vendor Database
• Follow up purchase orders with suppliers and monitor inventory level
• Handle and monitor shipments with forwarders and factories
• ​Assist to conduct various report​s​ for analysis​
• Assist purchasing manager to complete all department tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Strong problem solving skill, can work independently and adopt a competitive environment
• High level of integrity, mature team player with positive thinking and “can-do” attitude
• Knowledge in using the application of ERP system is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS office application
• Good command of both written & spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
