- Drafting, reviewing and editing agreements and contracts
- Support contract negotiation
- Compliance
- Handle various legal related matters
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in LLB (Hon) from HK or overseas
- Fluent in (both spoken and written) English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferable
- At least 2 years working experience in which experienced gained from Law firm is preferable but not mandatory
- Relevant experience on contract is preferred
- Willing to work under pressure and independently
