Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Sales administration and operation support
• Coordinate with internal departments and order processing
• Prepare quotation, invoice and receipt
• Serve Corporate Clients and prepare report
  
• Assist in Government tender preparation work
• 5.5 days working

 

Requirements:

• Associate Degree / High Diploma or above
• 1 year or above relevant working experience in sales administration, customer services, administration officer, account servicing, operation and logistic arrangement
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese, English & Mandarin
• Well-organised, independent, and self motivated
• Strong PC skills
• Chinese Typing: 20WPM or above, English Typing:30 WPM or above
• Immediate available highly preferred
• Candidate has more experiences will be consider as Senior Officer
• Fresh Graduate also consider
