• Degree / Diploma Holders with minimum 5 years’ experience in property management;
• Possessing experience in formation of Owners Corporation and co-ordination of renovation works is preferable;
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Less experience may consider as Assistant Property Manager;
• Knowledge in using MS word and Excel is desirable;
• Immediate available is preferable.
