Job Description

Job Duties:

Assist in the management of a portfolio of projects in HK, Macau, PRC and overseas;
Conduct financial and operation review of a portfolio of projects;
Conduct market research & financial analysis and prepare business proposals;
Work closely with operational management of portfolio companies and joint venture partners to monitor their day-to-day activities and operations;
Prepare board papers and presentation materials for regular meetings;
Perform due diligence, review legal contracts and company articles to support the negotiation of M&A, restructuring and divestment transactions;
Handle ad-hoc projects as and when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines;
Professional qualification in ACCA / CFA / CPA / ICSA is preferred;
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably in professional accounting firms, banks or corporate business development and management;
Candidate with Macau, PRC and hospitality / real estate experience is a plus;
Strong project management and people skill;
Good interpersonal, organization, presentation and analytical skills.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an advantage.
