JOB INFORMATION

Support Group COO in create implement and control Group organization and standardized working processes at all levels. Support Group CFO in report, monitor and control.

The selected candidate will receive training and formation on the provision of our Services and on our professional practice with the aim to create a new key expertise within the Group.

Responsibilities

• Updating Group Procedures
• Extraction of data from Company Software and generation of reports for HQ and subsidiaries
• Updating and monitoring of Company Software users and groups
• Monitor operations and procedures compliance
• Review and coordinate integration and completeness of internal information materials
• Extraction of financial data, control and preparation of reports

Report to Group CFO and COO

Requirements

• BBA or above in Management Engineering or Economics/Finance/Business
• Basic knowledge in accounting and ability to read Financial Statements of a Company
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Capable to work independently and to lead colleagues of different cultures and backgrounds
• Successful and lasting experience in team sports will be considered a plus
• Proficient in written/spoken is a must English, proficiency in Italian or Spanish will be considered as a plus
• Open to freshly graduated students
