Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in the area of account & administration function (Hong Kong & China).
- Provide full spectrum administration support and report to Director.
- Handle full set of accounts as well as AR, AP
- Prepare of monthly financial and management reporting
- Advise management with sound analysis, planning and assist in executing corporate goals
- Assist in annual audit
- Ensure regulatory compliance of accounting, human resources, administration, legal, statutory and corporate governance requirements
- Assist in ad-hoc assignment
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
- ACCA / CPA qualification will be an advantage
- Min 6 years solid accounting experience with min 3 years managerial experience
- Good problem solving skill and organizing abilities, good analytical mind, hardworking and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well versed in using Excel, familiar with ERP system will be an advantage
- Willing to perform occasional business trips when necessary
