Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in the area of account & administration function (Hong Kong & China).
  • Provide full spectrum administration support and report to Director.
  • Handle full set of accounts as well as AR, AP
  • Prepare of monthly financial and management reporting
  • Advise management with sound analysis, planning and assist in executing corporate goals
  • Assist in annual audit
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of accounting, human resources, administration, legal, statutory and corporate governance requirements
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignment


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  • ACCA / CPA qualification will be an advantage
  • Min 6 years solid accounting experience with min 3 years managerial experience
  • Good problem solving skill and organizing abilities, good analytical mind, hardworking and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well versed in using Excel, familiar with ERP system will be an advantage
  • Willing to perform occasional business trips when necessary
