Responsibilities

• Responsible for payment related jobs: prepare journal voucher, cheque payment
• Handle full set of accounts
• Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry and invoice verification
• Assist in month-end closing
• Perform data processing and other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• F.5 or above with LCC level 3 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in sizable companies
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin would be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Proficiency in accounting system : Sun System
• Hardworking, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is preferred
