1) Senior Accounts Clerk / Assistant Accounts Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for account data entry and documents filing duties

- To handle day to day accounting operation

- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- Diploma or above with LCCI intermediate Level

- At least 2 years’ experience in accounting field

- Able to work under pressure

- Independent, detail minded, proactive and with good communication skills

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

- Immediate available or short notice is preferable

2) Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

- To handle all-rounded admin work, including office & equipment maintenance, meeting room & staff room arrangement, perform outdoor delivery work, deal with suppliers and contractors for quotations, orders and payments, provide general clerical support, and etc.

- To handle ad hoc projects assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

- 2 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in retail industry

- Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

- With strong communication & interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure

- Immediate availability is highly preferred
