RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform timely and accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting, budget and forecast
• Provide analytical review and reporting on the company’s performance
• Responsible for contract review and manage business agreements
• Responsible for merchandizing planning and support in ad hoc financial evaluation / business planning / development projects
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
• Manage annual audit and assist in all tax related matters
• Participate in ad-hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified Accountant with degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years in managerial level
• Knowledge in Retail Business and E-market place are highly preferred
• Proficient in PC skill of word, excel, Chinese word processing. Knowledge in Flexsystem is in advantage
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong GAAP, IFRS and relevant regulations
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical, communication and report writing skills in both Chinese and English
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience will be consider as Assistant Accounting Manager
