Work Schedule: 9:30am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday



Job Requirements:

l  High Diploma or above

l  At least 3 years relevant working experience

l  Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese 

l  High proficiency of spoken Mandarin is a must

l  Good PC knowledge

l  Holder of valid driver license

l  Business trips out of Hong Kong when required

l  Mature, self-motivated and hardworking

l  Well-organized, attention to details and able to work independently

l  Immediately available is an advantage

Job Description:

l  Perform property/office management and maintenance

l  Provide basic office IT support (for example, Networking and computer setup)

l  Perform general administrative duties

l  Need to drive company vehicle when required (seldom)

l  Work on ad hoc duties when required
