Responsibilities:

• Indentify, develop and evaluate people development solutions;
• Hands-on experience in training delivery and on-site coaching, including customer service, selling technique and other soft skill training as needed;
• Maintain and update employee training records;
• Participate in other HR ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources/Business/Psychology or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years of training delivery experience (Retail experience would be an advantage);
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and knowledge in popular HRIS;
• Self motivated, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and willing to take up challenges;
• A good team player with excellent command of interpersonal and communication skills.
