Assistant Officer, Finance Team

• Responsible for general accounting duties include account payment and reconciliation, daily book closing and reporting of subsidiaries
• Maintain accounting fixed assets record
• Degree with 2 years accounting experience in banking industry
• Proficiency in MS Excel, and VBA

Assistant Officer, Regulatory Reporting Team

• Prepare statutory financial reports according to HKMA reporting guideline
• Participate in UAT and system enhancement projects
• Report preparation and assist for interim and annual report
• Degree with 2 years relevant report in banking industry
• Knowledge of HKMA regulatory reporting requirements and audit experience preferred

Assistant Finance Manager, Treasury Accounting Team

• Handle daily treasury products P&L valuation and limit monitoring to treasury activities
• Prepare investment accounting schedules and regulatory disclosures of the Bank’s securities investments, interest rate swaps and foreign exchange forward contracts
• Handling hedge accounting
• Update Investment Procedure manual and accounting policies
• Participate in system enhancement
• Degree with 3-4 years treasury accounting or product control experience in Banking / audit firms (Big four)
• Solid experience in Treasury products
• Familiar with Excel VBA, SQL & Trading front & back office system
