Job responsibilities

1. Arrange payment/remittance
2. Handle intercompany transactions and accounts reconciliation
3. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
4. Assist in month-end closing and prepare accounting schedules and breakdown
5. Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Accountancy of HKAAT/LCCI Level 3 or above
• 1-2 years or above accounting experience in trading and manufacturing industry will be an advantage
• Computer literate with good excel skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles.
• Good PC skills such as Word, Excel, Chinese and English Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
• Patient, self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
• Recent Graduates will be considered
• Immediately available is highly preferred
