Role Description:

• Report to Hong Kong Head of Finance and responsible for budgetting and forecasting and business strategy review.
• Work and interact with various teams to prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis on actual vs. budget / forecasts.
• Perform analysis on business plans and new business development opportunities.
• Support the work in financial reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to management as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting / forecasting or related background.
• Experience in financial industry will be an advantage.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA/CA/CFC will be an advantage.
• Keep abreast of business and regulatory changes.
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Good project management skill and experience in managing multiple tasks.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Initiative, eager to learn, confident with positive attitude.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
