The successful candidates will have:

• An understanding of insolvency procedures, their application and differing requirements
• Experience of financial restructuring, independent financial reviews, provisional and compulsory liquidations, creditors voluntary liquidations and receivership assignments
• Experience of cash-flow forecasting, financial analysis, financial modelling, valuations and financial investigations
• Experience of compiling and analysing books and records, conducting an inventory of assets and dealing with claims of creditors
• Experience of conducting research on companies and transactions

Key Requirements:   

• Bachelor degree or higher in accounting
• CPA qualification (completed or in progress)
• 1 to 3 years’ relevant work experience, including insolvency, restructuring and/or audit
• Good business sense and commercial acumen
• Strong financial and business analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential
