Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management accounts on a timely basis;
• Prepare schedules, financial analysis, management reporting and etc. to support management decision
• Manage daily accounting duties and proper controls
• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Assist in annual audit and tax filing matters
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Degree in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines. Being a qualified accountant will be advantageous
• Preferably 2-3 years’ accounting experience in commercial or audit field
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounts Assistant)
• Responsible, positive, well organized, capable to communicate with all levels and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in computer applications, MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing
• Hands-on experience in using FlexSystem is highly preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
