- Handle daily routine accounting & ad hoc admin duties
- Prepare documents, Handle AR & AP , Issue debit note / credit note
- Post voucher, Prepare monthly financial statements with analysis
- Implement control and financial process in alignment with corporate policies and procedures
- Prepare ad-hoc tasks when necessary
Requirement:
- Holding LCC Intermediate or above
- 2 years or above working experience in trading company
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese / Mandarin
- Knowledge to work with company-wide ERP system
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel Skill
- Able to work overtime & meet tight deadline
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail minded, well-organized and be a good team player;
- Immediate available is highly preferable
