Job Description:

  • Handle daily routine accounting & ad hoc admin duties
  • Prepare documents, Handle AR & AP , Issue debit note / credit note
  • Post voucher, Prepare monthly financial statements with analysis
  • Implement control and financial process in alignment with corporate policies and procedures
  • Prepare ad-hoc tasks when necessary

 

Requirement:

  • Holding LCC Intermediate or above
  • 2 years or above working experience in trading company
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese / Mandarin
  • Knowledge to work with company-wide ERP system
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel Skill
  • Able to work overtime & meet tight deadline
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail minded, well-organized and be a good team player;
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
