Responsibilities:

• Report to the Finance Manager and supervise a team on daily accounting duties
• Handle full set of accounts and review works assigned to subordinates
• In charge of month-end closing and assist the Finance Manager to prepare management report
• Ensure the timeliness of collections of account receivables
• Review and ensure payments are in accordance with group policy
• In charge of inter company transactions, includes inter company balance confirmation and reconciliation of sales and purchases transactions
• Prepare and review monthly cash flow budget
• Communicate with internal departments and external parties for daily operation
• Assist in interim and year-end audit and ad-hoc projects
• Occasional travelling to PRC for stock take

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting, qualified AAT member is preferred
• Minimum 10 years working experience with experience in garment industry is a plus
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Proficiency in accounting system: Sun System is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and good sense of judgment
• Responsible and able to work under pressure
• Immediate Available is highly preferred
