Establishing in 2004, we are a fast growing E&M firm in Hong Kong that has been actively involving in government, private and main contractor's projects. Our group is now expanding and would like to recruit suitable candidates to fill up the following post.

Credit Control Officer / Accounts Receivable Officer

-              Handle debt collection & credit control functions through telephone, demand letters and any other means

-              Follow up the debtors’ inquiries and arrange outstanding debt settlement

-              Prepare, record, verify, analyses and report accounts receivable transactions and post customers payments on a timely basis

-              Liaise with other departments for disputing billings and outstanding accounts

-              Maintain and update customer credit list periodically and ensure a copy to be distributed to each department for record

-              Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management

Qualifications

-              Form 7 or above, with LCCI intermediate or above is preferred

-              Proficient in MS Office applications

-              Proficient in MYOB will be an adding advantage

-              2-3 years of account receivables/ credit control experience

-              Good interpersonal, interpretation, negotiation and problem solving skills

-              Good command of written and spoken English

-              Able to work independently with initiatives

-              Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadline

-              Less experience will be considered as Credit Control/Accounts Clerk
