This person will be responsible for the accounts organization as well as some financial planning functions of the company.

Responsibilities:

• To manage all accounting systems and day to day operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, general ledger, payroll, billing, and collections
• Responsible for performing stock analysis, cost analysis and stock control
• Support financial and management reporting activities and various business reporting
• Responsible for other administrative duties assigned by supervisor/management to support office activities

Qualifications & Experience:

• degree or associate holder or IVE diploma in accountancy or related discipline (student member of HKICPA preferred)
• At least 3 years of finance and accounting experience
• Strong analytical skill with high level of integrity
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Initiative with strong business acumen
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
