Reporting to the Head of Finance-Asia, this role will be responsible for managing the regional finance function.

This is a hands-on position and will be responsible for the preparation of regional financial reports, budget, forecast, ad hoc regional projects. Attractive package will be offered to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general accounting functions
• Perform month end financial accounting, regional consolidation for HK, Japan, Korea, China & Singapore
• Prepare financial analysis and monthly reports
• Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast
• Investigate financial and accounting issues, work with relevant department to resolve issues
• Assist in the implementation of internal control policies and accounting systems
• Liaise with subsidiaries & headquarter on finance and accounting matters
• Coordinate with country finance on yearly audit requirements
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant
• Minimum 3 years working experience in regional role
• Prior experience in the RETAIL industry is preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Familiar with accounting systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics
• Immediately Available preferred.
