Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for daily accounting operations (AR/AP/GL) including vouchers preparation and payment processing
• Responsible for month-end closing and prepare various management reports
• Preparing month end reporting schedules
• Handle other ad hoc assignments when required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting 
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in handling full set of Accounts
• Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel) and Chinese word processing
• Familiar with Peachtree Accounting System is a definite advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English
• Good team player with detail and analytic mind
• Self-motivated, independent and responsible
• Immediate available is preferred
