Responsibilities

• General accounting duties, including data entry and documents filing
• Clerical and administration duties
• Assist in month end closing and preparation of reports
• Prepare bank transactions and monthly bank reconciliation
• Assist in ad-hoc projects/events
• Need to visit external organization, e.g. bank, post office, etc.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Form 5 or above with LCCI Intermediate level or above or equivalent together with the knowledge of using general office equipment
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Attentive to details, well organized, self-motivated, efficiency, hardworking, reliable and responsible
• Hands-on PC skills in MS Office (i.e. Excel and Word) XP Version or above
• Good command of communications skills in English and Cantonese
• Pleasant personality as a team player
