RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Verify details of all invoices and perform invoice posting/registration in internal systems
• Handle the bank book records and reconcile against bank statement
• Maintain record of journal vouchers for monthly accounting process
• Prepare reports and perform analysis of sales transactions for management review
• Review travel and general expenses claims and prepare disbursement to staff
• Handle the monthly payment cycle and prepare payment proposal
• Prepare weekly statement to dealer and monitor the payment schedule
• Regular review of interface data between different systems
• Handle system enhancement requests and perform testing
• Perform any ad hoc duties and projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• 3-5 years working experience in Accounting field
• Hands-on experience in SAP for Accounting function
• Detail-minded and well-organized
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
