RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Co-ordinate with functional areas to develop the Operative Planning and update latest budget forecasts to meet the defined KPIs
• Analyze and monitor actual spending across business units to ensure annual budgets are met
• Review the budget utilization status prior to Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order approvals
• Maintain and update budgets, allocation cycles and master data in SAP system regularly
• Perform monthly actuals consolidation including reconciliation of Balance Sheet at the Business Unit levels
• Prepare monthly reports for key stakeholders
• Assist in reviewing related policies and guidelines and prepare financial quantification of all risks and opportunities
• Propose any cost saving initiatives or measures to achieve overall company targets
• Develop, review, streamline and implement internal controls and ensure that all business operations comply with global and local requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, major in Accounting or related Finance degree
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in the field of Finance, Planning & Controlling
• Good working knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0, Controlling module
• Knowledge and experience in handling compliance related internal control systems
• Knowledge of planning & controlling methods
• Attention to details and able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong intercultural, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Word
