• Review trade receivable and revenue related vouchers
• Prepare AR aging report monthly and handle long outstanding receivables
• Handle fixed assets related matters, including updates additions & disposals in accounting system, make accruals on asset under construction, prepare fixed assets related analysis
• Prepare month end management reports and group reporting schedules
• Prepare year end audit schedules and liaise with auditors.
• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with accounting qualifications
• At least 4 years accounting experience
• Prior audit experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, willing to work under pressure and strong interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Frequent travel to factory in China is required.
• Assist to establish the accounting team in PRC by streaming and enhancing the operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Handle PRC factory accounting, cost accounting and stock keep.
