Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for routine accounting operations
• Handle daily payment and receipt transactions
• Maintain and record of Petty Cash transactions
• Assist in month-end closing;
• Provide basic office administration support
• Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• F.6 graduate with LCC&I Level II or above
• At least 3 years in Accounting & Administrative function
• Experience in handling accounting & administrative work is an advantage
• Mature, independent, trustworthy, self-motivated
• Experience in MS office and Chinese word processing is required
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong sense of responsibility, accurate and hardworking
• Pleasant personalities and able to communicate with all levels
• Self- motivated, able to work independently and multi-tasking
• Knowledge in MYOB accounting system is an advantage
