Responsibilities

• To handle full set of accounts books independently
• Responsible for all accounts payable and receivables, preparation of bank transfers and to process   reimbursement in an efficient and accurate manner
• To maintain an accurate and updated database of accounts information
• To prepare bank reconciliation
• To support month-end closings and management report
• To provide timely support to office administration and banking matter
  
  
  

Requirement

• Higher Diploma in Accountancy or related disciplines or above
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred
• Proficient in Peachtree is a definite advantage
• Experience in handling accounting in Securities and finance industry is an advantage
• Mature, detailed oriented, well-organized, highly independent, strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese)
• Immediately available is an advantage
• Fresh graduate can be considered
