Responsibilities

• Handling full sets of accounts
• Review agreement and perform general accounting duties regarding Accounts Receivables
• Familiar with electronic payment process (e. g. HSBC Net)
• Assist in month end closing and preparation of monthly Balance Sheet schedules
• Assist in revenue and cost analysis for management monthly review
• Responsible for the inter-company reconciliation
• Work with Client Services Team for business transaction
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned
• Providing support to other areas of the business as required
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above with LCC&I Higher Certificate or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in MNC
• Experienced in using Sun Accounting System will be definitely advantageous
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, other department employees and company representatives
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel, plus general working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong sense of responsibility able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available or short notice highly preferred
