Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Maintain up-to-date data in accounting system and filing records
• Liaise with CPA firm:  sending documents / invoices / check payment etc.
• Communicate with factories in China, order office supplies, go to post office
• Samples handling with various couriers

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably gained from trading industry
• Proficient in computers, especially MS Office including Word and Excel
• Good command in both spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A good team player, excellent interpersonal skill and able to work independently
• Willing to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is preferred
