A subsidiary of a listed real estate group, our client is a real estate asset management company with a portfolio of high-end properties from commercial, retail to residential properties in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking a senior management professional in Finance and Accounting to head up the functional team who will lead as consultant on system implementation and improvement. 

Job Responsibilities

• Handle a full spectrum of finance and accounting duties of the company
• Co-ordinate with the system vendors in launching multiple functional systems
• Maintain good working connections with external investment, banking, auditing and legal partners
• Prepare financial review and analysis, corporate budget and forecast, cash flow management, tax reporting and operation review
• Establish and refine financial policies and systems to improve management efficiency and effectiveness
• Review and in charge of financial and management reporting to ensure local statutory compliance
• Provide professional financial advice to senior management on strategic business development 

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent qualification, certified in ACCA or CPA
• A minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in HK accounting and taxation, which over 2 years in a managerial level
• Big 4 audit experience and corporate financing exposure
• Independent with good leadership skills, unquestionable integrity and work ethics
• Well-versed in computer applications including Microsoft Office, Chinese word processing and preferably accounting systems
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
