Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement strategy for retail staff training and development
• Develop training materials, plan training calendar and budgets
• Organize, conduct, and evaluate training programs for Greater China

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in staff training and development program management gained in sizable companies
• Solid experience in conducting training to front-line staff of high-end men's fashion / retail industry, with PRC exposure preferred
• Excellent facilitator, good team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Frequent travel to PRC is required
