Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement strategy for retail staff training and development
- Develop training materials, plan training calendar and budgets
- Organize, conduct, and evaluate training programs for Greater China
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in staff training and development program management gained in sizable companies
- Solid experience in conducting training to front-line staff of high-end men's fashion / retail industry, with PRC exposure preferred
- Excellent facilitator, good team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Frequent travel to PRC is required
