Reporting to HR Director, this position will work with a team to cover all-rounded HR functions of Asia regions including our Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore and Malaysia studios.

Main responsibilities:

• Performing all-rounded HR functions to internal departments
• Implementation of human resources policies and procedures
• Medical and life insurance benefits
• The recruitment processes, including job advertising, recruitment activities, CV screening, coordinating interviews, administration and filing of job applications
• Employee engagement activities, eg staff event and CSR events
• Work permits, visas and registration applications and renewal
• Learning and development programme
• Statistics reports on annual, probation and other period reviews
• Maintaining personnel records and assisting in office administration duties
• Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned

You should have:

• Degree qualification, ideally in HR discipline or Commerce discipline
• 5-6 years’ post graduate experience as HR Generalist
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Communication and interpersonal skills essential
• Ability to maintain confidentiality a must
