Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the arrangements of opening bank accounts and making bank payments / transfers / settlements for offshore companies;
• Manage bank deposits / petty cash;
• Be responsible for keeping track of bank deposits and loan balances;
• Implement internal control requirements for treasury management;
• Be responsible for arranging bank credit certificates for offshore companies and assist in obtaining the residence proofs for offshore companies;
• Be responsible for daily routine works, such as document management, etc.;
• Performing other new assignments, if any.

Requirements:

• High diploma or above in Accounting;
• 3 years' commercial experience in the accounting field;
• Multi-lingual skills with high proficiency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Immediately available is preferred.
