Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handles general office administration and facilities duties, stockroom maintenance
- Assist in order processing, includes purchase order, sales invoice, liaise with supplier, sub-contractors, and coordinate with both internal departments and external parties.
- Processing all incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and parcels
- office equipment, tools and office supplies control
- Assist in receptionist duty (answering calls, greeting guests, handling courier/mail)
- ISO9001 & ISO14001 System administration
- Assist in company events, such as X'mas party, annual dinner, charity events
- Assists in ad hoc projects
Requirements
- F. 7 or above
- 1 - 2 years relevant experience
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Polite, detail minded with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication in both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Fresh graduate will also be welcomed
- Less experience will be considered as Receptionist
- Immediate available is highly preferred
