The successful candidate will be responsible to provide general support in Office Automation / Admin Department.

Responsibilities:

•  To handle reception area with fruitful customers service manner
• To provide assistance in preparing and submitting insurance claims for office/colleagues/travelers & prepare documents;
• To provide administrative support including preparation of periodical reports on  admin expenses, VoIP phone call statistics report, get quotation, ordering, invoice checking, cost breakdown calculation, data input, reports preparation on Office-Admin related matters

 Requirements: 

• University graduate in Logistic, Business Administration or related discipline;
• 1 year experience preferable.
• Good documentation and writing skills;
• Familiar with MS office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, initiative and able to work under pressure;
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
