Job purpose

As Complete continues to evolve at a rapid pace, the need has arisen for a Client Services Officerto support the Global Client Services Manager based in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and ambitious individual to join a successful property business and become a key contributor to a growing department. The role will suit a strong administrator with good customer service skills and has an interest in property.

Responsibilities

• Administrative project management
• Managing processes to tight deadlines and analysing information
• Client communication updates
• Dealing with customer queries – telephone and email.
• Invoicing and credit control
• Provide weekly and monthly reports upon request
• Research the current market competitor activity and recommend tactical action
• Become conversant with international residential property and property related products

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in similar role
• A team player able to work on their own initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
• Customer Service experience
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and within a dynamic team
• Analytical skills an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
