Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in performing purchasing transactions for merchandising team, e.g. purchase orders and documents follow up;
  • Responsible to ensure relevant data inputs are recorded promptly and accurately;
  • Maintain purchase records in good filing system;
  • Monitor supplier's performance of delivery, product quality, unit cost and reliability of the suppliers;
  • Assist seniors to execute purchase duties.

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above, with Certificate in Purchasing / Supply Chain Managment or relevant discipline is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Procesing;
  • Good negotiation skill and able to deal with different level of people;
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently;
  • Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Purchasing Clerk
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
