Job Description
- Assist in performing purchasing transactions for merchandising team, e.g. purchase orders and documents follow up;
- Responsible to ensure relevant data inputs are recorded promptly and accurately;
- Maintain purchase records in good filing system;
- Monitor supplier's performance of delivery, product quality, unit cost and reliability of the suppliers;
- Assist seniors to execute purchase duties.
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above, with Certificate in Purchasing / Supply Chain Managment or relevant discipline is an advantage;
- Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Procesing;
- Good negotiation skill and able to deal with different level of people;
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently;
- Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Purchasing Clerk
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
