Sutton, a global arts communications consultancy, with offices in Hong Kong, New York and London, is looking to recruit an Operations Manager for their Hong Kong office.

We are looking to recruit an exceptional individual with ideally at least one year’s office experience, preferably working within the arts sector or at a communications agency.  You would be supporting the Managing Director with all aspects of office management including managing diaries and itineraries, research, copywriting, office administration, including assisting with HR matters and accounting, as well as implementing office-wide systems and being the first point of contact for any office related queries. You would also manage development aspects of the business including looking after all company-wide marketing initiatives and the company website.

Immaculate written and spoken English is essential. Cantonese and other languages would be desirable.
