Description:

• Provide excellent customer service standards in handling all incoming telephone call and direct the caller to the appropriate individual or department
• Greet visitors or clients in professional and polite manner
• Providing administrative support to Administration Department
• Organizes conference and meeting room bookings
• Receives sorts and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pickup and delivery of express/courier mail services
• Maintains a safe and clean reception area
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required

Requirments:

• F.5 or above with at least 2 years relevant office support experience, preferably gained in a Multinational Corporation
• Advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and other applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Friendly and cheerful, good communication and interpersonal skills, shows initiative
• Good telephone manner with pleasant personality
• Ability to work independently on a variety of administrative duties
