Job Description
Description:
- Provide excellent customer service standards in handling all incoming telephone call and direct the caller to the appropriate individual or department
- Greet visitors or clients in professional and polite manner
- Providing administrative support to Administration Department
- Organizes conference and meeting room bookings
- Receives sorts and forwards incoming mail
- Coordinates the pickup and delivery of express/courier mail services
- Maintains a safe and clean reception area
- Assist in ad hoc duties as required
Requirments:
- F.5 or above with at least 2 years relevant office support experience, preferably gained in a Multinational Corporation
- Advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and other applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Friendly and cheerful, good communication and interpersonal skills, shows initiative
- Good telephone manner with pleasant personality
- Ability to work independently on a variety of administrative duties
