Immediate Administration Clerk (Government job - contract)
We are looking for high-calibre Administration Clerk to provide counter service for Leisure and Cultural Services Department. A great career starter opportunity for fresh graduates.
Responsibilities:
- To work in Government building in Tseung Kwan O
- To assist in providing counter service, answering public and telephone enquiries, booking for recreation and amenities facilities and holiday camps
- To assist in handling general administration matters
- To assist in sorting and recording of file records
- To update inventory record
- To perform other duties assigned by the Manager
- Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:45 am to 5:33 pm
Requirements:
- Grade E or above in 5 subjects including Maths, Chin and Eng Language in HKCEE or equivalent
- Chinese and English word processing and Chinese input method
- Word and Excel
